1. Before you apply for your  life insurance with cancer, get all of your medical records together. The more the life insurance company knows about your medical history, the more certain they can be, the better price they can give you. If they don’t have a clear picture, they’re likely to charge you more just in case.
2. Make sure you’re doing everything your doctor tells you, getting your treatment, going in for an exam.
3. Try looking for a group life insurance policy you can join and share the risk.
4. If no life insurance company will sell you a policy, you may be able to get one called a graded policy, where they just pay you back what you pay them.
